Our Wedding

Hi friends and family! We are so excited to celebrate God's faithfulness through our story.     Walker and I met in January of 2022 at a mexican restaurant in Charleston. If you know my family, it was not surprising that the offensive lineman with a southern accent caught my attention. We dated long-distance from Clemson and Charleston, then Greenville and Atlanta, Greenville and Savannah, and now we are finally sharing life together from the same city!      Walker has shown me more of God's character than I could have ever imagined. He is patient, generous, and steadfast. He loves others well, and he is a natural leader in so many aspects. Walker carries a joy that is contagious and could make anyone laugh.    I can't wait for this next season and I'm so grateful for those that have walked through this last one with us!   Love,  Liza

The Spartanburg Marriott

To ensure that you receive the group rate, please reserve your room by the 28th of May.   Visit the link above to reserve your room or let the reservation agent know that you are a guest of the Chapman/Merritt wedding.

For those traveling via plane, Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport is 20 miles from the Spartanburg Marriott and Charlotte Douglas International Airport is a 70 mile travel to the Spartanburg Marriott.

Travel

Bus shuttles will be available to guests between the Spartanburg Marriott and the Piedmont Club.

Shuttles will pick up from the Spartanburg Marriott at 4:30 pm. Return shuttles will begin at 8:00 pm from the Piedmont Club to the Spartanburg Marriott. Final pick up will be at 10:00 pm.

Transportation

Our wedding is black tie optional. Please note that the Piedmont Club requires all men to wear a jacket inside of the club.
